Tim DeMaria
Tim DeMaria served in the Army for almost 23 years and retired in 2007. After his European out he stayed in Germany for a while and then moved with his family to Iowa where he worked as a civil servant at the Rock Island Arsenal. A few years later the Demarrias moved to Madison Alabama where Tim continued serving to support the soldiers in the field.
Overall he has thirty-eight (38) years of Civilian and Military leadership, sustainment, and acquisition logistics experience with ground equipment and missile defense systems. Most recently, the Supply Chain Management Division Chief for the Terminal High Altitude Air Defense (THAAD) weapon system, deployed worldwide in support of strategic enduring operations. Tim is an expert in the application of life-cycle and acquisition logistics functions from inception to disposal. Extensive knowledge of contract uses types of funding, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development, contract negotiations, and Program/Project Management execution oversight. Project/Program Office Senior staff for many different operational and developmental programs providing status updates, milestone achievements, and other information to stakeholders and executive leadership. Foreign Military Sales: logistics planning, training, and development for UAE and Saudi Arabia Cases.
